At Hatch Life Wellness, we are committed to transparency in healthcare pricing and ensuring that you are fully informed about the cost of your care. The No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022, provides protections against unexpected medical bills for out-of-network services and uninsured/self-pay patients.

Your Rights Under the No Surprises Act:

• You are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for medical services if you are uninsured or choosing to self-pay.

• Out-of-network providers cannot charge you more than your in-network cost-sharing amount for emergency services and certain non-emergency services at in-network facilities.

• You have the right to dispute a bill that exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by more than $400.
